Don't you ever get tired of blending in with the rest of the world? Do you ever feel like you're stuck in the matrix? Does it feel like there's more to your life than just existing? Well, I'm here to tell you to follow the white rabbit into Kawaii Land!
Falling down the hole into Kawaii Land
Alice in Wonderland has always been one of my all-time favorite fairy tales. I love all the nonsensical and irrational characters we meet throughout the story, but somehow, it just makes sense. Wearing kawaii allows me to live out my dreams of being a piece of Wonderland for myself and for those who encounter me when I wear it. I know many people in my community get offended when others take pictures without their permission — I mean, I get it; they're individuals with a right to privacy. On the other hand, I love amusing all these people still stuck in the matrix of this ordinary world we live in. Of course, I'd prefer if they asked me for a picture, but I know that when I'm wearing kawaii, I am a walking piece of art, and I may very well be the white rabbit, or should I say rainbow rabbit, they follow into the hole of Kawaii Land.
Kawaii fashion emerged as a rebellious response to traditional norms. It offered a platform for self-expression and creativity, igniting a spark among individuals who dared to stand out from the crowd. Kawaii Fashion has paved the way for a revolution in the fashion world, leaving behind all sense of rules that "normies" (normal people) stuck in the matrix know, for nonsensical rules that absolutely make sense once you're deep in Kawaii Land.
